Our Story - In the year of 2000, entrepreneurs sharing a common, passionate goal of developing pristine real estate and the crafting of high-end luxury homes officially began. Since this time, Eagle has continued to build luxury estates in the most desirable communities of Arizona and Colorado. Prior to this, president Jim Audiss owned and operated The American Lumber Company in Arvada, Colorado. Growing the business into a 30 million dollar enterprise, in 1999, Jim chose to get out of the supply side of the industry and pursue his great passion of building and remodeling luxury homes.

With the down turn of the economy and the fall of the residential home market in 2006, Eagle separated from its Colorado operations and began working exclusively in Arizona under the trade name of Eagle Luxury Properties. Eagle is a licensed general contractor with an excellent team of skilled, seasoned, competent professionals that share the same goals and passion of building Luxury Homes. With an impressive portfolio and a proven track record, Eagle takes pride in their work and has become among the elite builders in the market place to be called luxury estate builders.
